Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GolfHunter ("GolfHunter," "we," "us"). By creating an account, joining, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GolfHunter.

1. What GolfHunter does

GolfHunter is a tee-time booking assistant. On your instruction, and using your own club account and your own booking privileges, GolfHunter attempts to reserve tee times you designate — typically at the moment your course opens its booking window. GolfHunter acts on your behalf. It does not create access you don't already have; it uses the access you provide.

2. Your eligibility and representations

By using GolfHunter, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• You are a member of, or otherwise authorized to book tee times at, the course(s) you configure, and the credentials you provide are your own.
• Your use of an automated booking assistant does not violate any membership agreement, terms of use, or rule that applies to you at your course. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with your course's rules.
• You authorize GolfHunter to access your club account and to book, confirm, and cancel tee times on your behalf, limited to the dates, times, and parameters you specify.

3. What we don't promise

GolfHunter does not guarantee that any particular tee time — or any tee time — will be secured. Availability, club booking systems, third-party technology, internet and power outages, and changes your club makes are outside our control. GolfHunter is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

4. Your responsibilities

• The accuracy of the dates, times, and parameters you set.
• Reviewing and confirming (or declining) any tee time GolfHunter books, within the confirmation window provided.
• Any cancellation fees, no-show fees, or club penalties, except where they result directly from our failure to release an unconfirmed booking within the stated window.
• Compliance with your club's rules, at all times.

5. Credentials and access

To act on your behalf, GolfHunter requires your club login credentials. Your credentials are transmitted over encrypted connections and used only to access your own club account to perform the bookings you request. You may remove your credentials and revoke access at any time from your preferences page or by emailing support@golfhunter.io. Revoking access stops GolfHunter from booking on your behalf.

6. Fees and billing

GolfHunter is a subscription service. New memberships begin with a 30-day free trial covering every feature of the service; after the trial, your subscription is billed at $99.99 every 4 weeks (13 billing cycles per year) through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically each cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Our promise: if we are unable to get your course live and hunting, you will not be charged — or will be fully refunded for any period during which your course was not operational. Otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period; cancel anytime to stop future charges.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use GolfHunter to access any account that is not your own, to book in violation of your club's rules, to resell or broker tee times, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolfHunter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed bookings, cancellation or no-show fees, or any action your club takes regarding your account or membership. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GolfHunter from claims arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of your club's rules or any law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we stop booking on your behalf and delete or return your credentials and data on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
