This Privacy Policy explains what GolfHunter ("we") collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email, phone number.
• Club information: the course(s) you play and your club login credentials, which you provide so we can book on your behalf.
• Booking activity: the tee times you request, book, confirm, or cancel.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
• Basic usage data from our website.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide the GolfHunter service: to book tee times you designate, to communicate with you about your bookings and account, and to process billing. We do not sell your information.

Your club credentials

Your club login is used only to access your own club account to perform the bookings you request. Credentials are transmitted over encrypted connections. You can remove your credentials at any time from your preferences page or by emailing support@golfhunter.io.

Who we share with

We share information only with service providers that make GolfHunter work:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Our transactional email provider (booking and account notifications)
• Our hosting providers (website and application hosting)

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Data retention and your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may cancel and remove your credentials at any time. Contact support@golfhunter.io.

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, emailed to you.
